The first year of the undergraduate studies comprises of introductory concepts such as; systems concept, hardware, software, data management, telecommunications, the internet and various other more specialised Information Systems.

In the second year, the focus is on Business Analysis and Systems Delivery Management. There is also a technical stream in the second year that focuses on programming and Information Systems development.

During the final year, the focus changes to the managerial issues of Information Systems with major emphasis on Information Systems strategy and the role architecture of organisation-wide systems.
